Gut verr\u00fchren, dann einige L\u00f6ffel Mehl dazugeben und etwa eine Stunde ruhen lassen.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Nach der Ruhezeit das restliche Mehl hinzuf\u00fcgen und verr\u00fchren, bis ein glatter Teig entsteht.
