Weizen, Dinkel oder glutenfrei)<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>1 TL Backpulver<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>\u00bd TL Salz<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>(Optional: Kr\u00e4uter, Knoblauchpulver, geriebener K\u00e4se)<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Etwas \u00d6l f\u00fcr die Pfanne<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<hr class=\"wp-block-separator has-alpha-channel-opacity\"\/>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">\ud83d\udc69\u200d\ud83c\udf73 <strong>So geht\u2019s \u2013 in unter 5 Minuten:<\/strong><\/h3>\n\n\n\n<ol class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Alle Zutaten zu einem geschmeidigen Teig verr\u00fchren (wenn klebrig: mit etwas Mehl nachhelfen).<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>In 4 Teile teilen, jeweils zu kleinen Fladen formen (ca. 1 cm dick).<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>In einer hei\u00dfen, leicht ge\u00f6lten Pfanne von beiden Seiten je 2\u20133 Min. goldbraun braten.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Noch warm genie\u00dfen \u2013 au\u00dfen knusprig, innen fluffig!<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n\n\n\n<hr class=\"wp-block-separator has-alpha-channel-opacity\"\/>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">\u2728 Servierideen:<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Mit Butter &amp; Honig<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Mit K\u00e4se &amp; Kr\u00e4utern gef\u00fcllt (wie Mini-Pampuschky \ud83e\uddc4)<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Mit Dips: <em>Smetana<\/em>, Joghurt oder Hummus<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<hr class=\"wp-block-separator has-alpha-channel-opacity\"\/>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">\ud83d\udc9b <strong>Ukrainischer Extra-Tipp:<\/strong> Gib etwas Dill und geriebene <em>\u0431\u0440\u0438\u043d\u0437\u0430<\/em> (Brynza) in den Teig \u2013 das gibt dem Brot ein herrlich salzig-frisches Aroma wie vom Markt in Iwano-Frankiwsk \ud83c\udf3f<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Du willst auch eine <strong>s\u00fc\u00dfe Version mit Banane und Zimt<\/strong> oder eine <strong>vegane Variante mit Pflanzenjoghurt<\/strong>?
