Paint the four smaller pots alternately red and white to resemble stripes.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Cut a long piece of jute twine and tie the silver bell securely to one end. Begin threading the painted pots onto the twine, starting from the bottom. Leave about \u00bd inch of space between each for movement.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Thread the twine through the hole in the navy pot and tie a knot at the top to hold it all in place.
